My Client Design Process

  • Each new project follows my detailed design process that not only makes this an enjoyable experience for you but also allows me to deliver custom designs that impress!

  • First, fill out my Quote Request form. Once received, I will send you an email within 24-48 business hours asking a few more questions about what you are looking for and your overall project goals. When I have a clear idea of what you are looking for, you will be sent a simple price quote for your project. The best part? Your quote is FREE!

  • Once you accept your quote, I’ll send a formal proposal and contract with project scheduling and pricing thoroughly outlined. After I receive final approval, a deposit on the project is made.

    In order to secure and guarantee your slot in my production queue, a non-refundable 50% deposit on your project is due in full.

  • I want to hear your story and get to know you or your business! This is a vital component to creating beautiful and effective designs catered just for you. During this step, we will have an in-person, phone, or virtual meeting where we will discuss your business and project in detail. During this meeting we will outline project goals, review paper samples if need be, discuss scheduling, review a design inspiration I have gathered based on our previous conversations, discuss art direction, and more!

  • Illustration Project

    After you approve the design notes from our initial meeting, design sketches are created and sent for your review. You will have the opportunity to review these proofs and provide feedback for revisions. Each project is unique and granted a set number of concepts and revisions outlined in the proposal. Once sketches are approved, the final rendering process will take place.

  • llustration Project

    We made it! Your beautiful illustration is complete! After design sketch approval, I take great care to render and digitize your illustration. Your final designs are delivered to you and final invoicing is sent.

    Final files are delivered once the final invoice is paid in full.
